What to Expect on a Service Call
1. Diagnosis: Our technician will complete testing on your treadmill or other cardio piece to narrow down the issue.
2. Fix: If your treadmill or other cardio piece can be fixed on site, it will be done that day. If your treadmill requires parts, 306 Fitness has access to over 40 manufacturers worldwide, making it easy to supply parts for most makes and models. 306 Fitness will work with suppliers to get a quote and timeline to you on parts. Parts are considered special order items and require payment to order.
3. Parts Install: If parts are required, the labor to install will be quoted with your parts order.
Upon completion of booking your service call, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Service bookings requiring more time than the amount requested will be billed accordingly upon completion of service.
