Similar to a traditional straight barbell, you grip the bar like a proper squat or bench but with significantly less pressure on your joints.
It’s the perfect bar for off-season training and one of the best options for pushing up your volume during your competitive season without as much joint strain. And unlike a Safety Squat Bar, the Buffalo Bar can be used for upper body movements—like the bench press!
