We've been using this treadmill for indoor sprints and walking for a few weeks now and it has been awesome. My son loves that he can go full tilt on it. I was hesitant to pull the trigger on ordering it, but glad I did!

I'm happy with it, Its pretty sturdy, versatile, and doesn't take up a lot of space. 306 was able to deliver it directly to my house and were good at communicating the status of the order. Most likely will buy again from 30 Fitness.

Easy to adjust, handles are comfortable. Works fine.

Easy to assemble. Strong structure, heavy bench. Good padding. Rollers are comfortable. It's a little high, so had to add a couple bumper plates on the floor when I bench (under 6 ft tall) to maintain ground contact, but that works.

Attachments are easy to swap out.

These are the cutest and most functional spin shoes as a spin instructor! I’ve been wearing Tiems for years and love this new model and pattern.

Laid these down in the garage for our home gym. We do not have a heavy weight lifting platform or anything but just used them for the entire floor. Easy enough to move around and feel good under your feet! So far they have not moved a whole bunch and I have not needed to tape them in place. It does look like there is a spot that is grooved out underneath the mat to place a locking metal clip or something, but I have not seen those yet. So far I am quite happy with them!

Your typical 7 foot bar. If you’re used to it at the gym, you’ll like it.

Very sturdy bench. No wobbling side to side when you’re loading up with heavyweight.

It’s a nice machine. It almost covers every workout need I have. Wasn’t hard to put together myself just be careful not to over tighten the bolts on the pulley’s. They won’t role as freely and make the weight seam heavier.

Dumbbells arrived in just two days after shipping and are excellent replacements! Also saved a bunch of money ordering from 306!
