The 306 Fitness 14 day return policy applies to personal residential fitness equipment that is regularly stocked. It does not apply to items that are on sale, custom & special order items, or commercial made-to-order products such as Precor, Merrithew, & Power Body - once purchased, these items are final sale unless defective. It is the responsibility of the buyer to read the description of the item they are purchasing to note whether it is a custom or special order item.
Eligible returns are offered in the form of a store credit.
The 14 day period for the return policy starts from the day that your items are marked available for pick up or received via courier, and a restocking fee may apply.
Restocking fees are dependent on the condition of the product and are listed below:
- Unused and unopened items = 0%
- Open box = 10%
- Used or assembled = 15%
Sale Items
Items indicated as clearance, discounted, or sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This includes the use of a discount code.
Clothing
Unused unworn clothing in its original condition can be exchanged for other sizes or colors of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving the item.
Shoes
Unused unworn shoes in original condition (Clips can not be installed on spin shoes) can be exchanged for other sizes or colors of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving the item. Box must also be in original condition.
Service Calls
Service Calls are billed at a minimum flat rate for a call out and diagnosis. Service Calls are non-refundable once a technician has been on-site to diagnose an issue by request of the client.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then you will receive a credit in the form of a Gift Card that can be used online or in store. If an item that is purchased is unavailable for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided a refund in full.
Exchanges
Items are replaced if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to office@306fitness.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or picked up by you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Gifts purchased between November 15th-December 26th, 2021 will have until January 21st to exchange or return items for a store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a product is damaged upon delivery, the order must be refused (if signature is required) and photos must be taken and sent to office@306fitness.com upon receipt of the order. A replacement item will be sent as soon as possible.
