Solid piece

Well built, solid piece. Comes with solid weight bars that are easy to remove. Covers chest only so it does not interfere with work outs.

Should Have Got This One First

After getting the smaller size of XM vest, I wish I would have gotten the 55 lb vest from the get go. Having the option to start small and progress in small increments over time has been great for my training.
