The heavy base and 3 x 3 11 gauge uprights provide plenty of weight to keep the squat stand steady. Includes a pair of Bar Supports and a Single Cross Pull-Up bar. The pull bar can be upgraded to any of our pull-up bar options. Multiple rack accessories and attachments are available that either bolt to the base of the rack, the uprights, or mount at the top. This rack comes with 4 holes that allow users to bolt it to the floor for more stability. Bolting is not required but provides an extra level of stability.
