Service Call Info

Repairs: We’ll always do our best to fix your equipment on-site. Sometimes repairs depend on the unit’s age, condition, and whether parts are still available.

Parts & Quotes: If parts are needed, we’ll send you a quote. This can take 1–3 weeks as we track down the best-priced options. Parts are special order and require pre-payment if you decide to move forward.

Timing: Our technician will arrive within an hour of your requested time. Most first visits take 15–45 minutes on site. 

Service Call Fee: Once the technician arrives and provides a diagnosis, the fee is non-refundable. The Service Call fee is the same no matter how long the initial visit takes.

Booking Means Agreement: By booking, you agree to these terms.
