The Cross-Bow^™ ensures ideal alignment of the hands, wrists and shoulders and it’s perfect for performing high-level sport-inspired moves, or modified exercises that create flexibility and stability.

Details

The cushioned bars provide a sturdy grip that facilitates exercises in standing and lunging positions. The wider positioning can accommodate exercisers with broader shoulders or movements that require greater range.
