Adjustable Dumbbells

PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells give you ultimate flexibility and opportunity for your strength workouts. With PowerBlock’s patented design, you can quickly scale up or down in weight to adjust the level of difficulty for any of your exercises using a magnetic pin selector.

We offer two types of adjustable weight dumbbells: expandable and non-expandable. We carry both the residential line of adjustable dumbbells as well as Powerblock's line of commercial adjustable dumbbells in expandable and non-expandable options.

Expandable Adjustable Dumbbells

Expandable adjustable dumbbells allow you to add even more weight to your set. After investing in the initial kit, you can add additional stages of weights in 20 lb. increments. Expandable adjustable dumbbell sets are perfect for serious lifters who want to focus on higher-weight, lower-rep workouts for muscle development.

Non-Expandable Adjustable Dumbbells

PowerBlock’s non-expandable adjustable dumbbells cannot go beyond their max weight. They offer a wide range of weight options. They are designed to feel comfortable during your toughest workouts and for ultimate durability. Depending on the model, non-expandable dumbbells can be adjusted in increments of anywhere from three or five pounds, making them an excellent choice for those looking for lighter weights for building muscular endurance.
