These leather hand grips enable you to workout longer and harder, as they prevent slippage and protect your hands during repeated movement that can tear or callus your palm. They work well when training with Kettlebells, Barbells, on Pull up bars and more.
For sizing, measurements are from the wrist strap to the base of the finger holes.(XS is ideal for teenagers and small children) (If you aren't sure, move up a size. Loose is better.)
