ALTAS M810 Smith Machine Home Gym can be used as a rack by placing the safety bar catches at the front of the unit along with an Olympic bar. With the set-up, you can do squat exercises targeting your quadriceps and glutes. The weight plates and bench are NOT included in the package.
Incline Bench Press with Smith Bar
Get yourself a bench to do bench presses with the Smith Machine as well! The Smith bar allows you to lift safely without a spotter. Use the bench at an incline with the Smith bar for incline bench presses.
Leg Developer Workouts – Leg Extensions
Load the leg developer with weight plates to perform leg curls and leg extensions targeting your leg muscles, such as your quadriceps.
