The leg hold-down can be adjusted to 5 different positions, and the machine includes two cable handles, a traditional lat pulldown bar, and a straight bar. The lat pulldown movements are independent, promoting symmetrical strength development.

 

The mid-row station has a more extended seat pad, accommodating users of all sizes. This machine can be used for lat pulldowns and mid-row exercises.
