Installation: 

To attach the BOSU® Balance Trainer Replacement Bladder, it is a very simple process. 

1. Unscrew the rim on the sides.
2. Carefully place the bladder on top of the base, ensuring that it is aligned flush.
3. Place the rim over the base and the bladder, and re-attach.
4. Inflate your BOSU Ball for full-body workouts!
