Balance Pad’s are great for core-strength exercises, coordination, balance and motor skill training. Its de-stabilising features increase stability and strengthens muscles, forcing active recruitment of foot muscles, ankle and lower leg to maintain your balance.
It also helps alleviate pressure on joints while performing exercises.
The Balance Pad combines both exercise and coordination skills.
