How to Replace Non-locking Hinges with Locking Hinges on your Folding JumpSport Fitness Trampolie

Tools Required: 1 Large Flat Head Screwdriver

1. With the trampoline folded, firmly grasp one of the old hinges by hand and wiggle and lift to completely remove it from the trampoline frame. Discard old hinge.

2. Unlatch a new locking hinge and press one side of the hinge onto one side of the bare trampoline tubing where the old hinge had been attached. Please note that the tubing shape is oval, so you will need to align with the oval shape of the hinge plug.

3. Be sure the hinge plug is fully seated onto the trampoline frame, and then tighten the screw at the top of the hinge using a large, flat head screwdriver.

4. Repeat this process at the remaining three hinge plug locations.

5. Be sure to evenly distribute the elastic cords along the frame before unfolding the trampoline for the first time.

6. Once trampoline frame is fully unfolded, simply flip wire latch to locked position to lock each hinge.
