Description:

The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine features a plate loaded system, an adjustable backrest, dual foot positions, and a smooth gear system. This inner and outer thigh machine targets your adductor and abductor muscles from one seated position. Easily set your desired weight, sit back on the high-density seat/back cushions, and turn the knee pads so that they rest against the outside of your knees and press outward against them, working against the resistance for the abductor muscles. Adjust the machine as necessary, and position your legs outside of the pads, and press into the cushions to work the adductor muscles.
