Versatile and compact, the PowerBlock Sport Bench is the bestselling bench that allows you to maximize the use of your dumbbells with many more exercises. With 5 positions and an adjustable seat, you are locked in for a military press and perfectly flat for a bench press. This bench is also stable enough to be used for step-ups! The tripod base design is stable, but also minimal so nothing gets in the way of your feet placement. The optional attachments expand the bench functions to add Chin-up and or Dip exercises.
