What to Expect on a Service Call
1. Diagnosis: Our technician will complete testing on your treadmill or other cardio piece to narrow down the issue.
2. Fix: If your treadmill or other cardio piece can be fixed on site, it will be done that day. If your treadmill requires parts, 306 Fitness has access to over 100 manufacturers worldwide, making it easy to supply parts for most makes and models. 306 Fitness will work with suppliers to get a quote and timeline to you on parts. Parts are considered special order items and require payment to order.
3. Parts Install: If parts are required, the labor to install will be quoted with your parts order.
Upon completion of booking your service call, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

Customer service was awesome, they came out right after Christmas to do standard maintenance which hadn't been done in years. He was so helpful and very nice, showed me what I needed to do and then followed up with a link on p the product I needed to use. Very happy with the service! I won't hesitate to use them again.
