Designed specifically for the XM Tactical Plate Carrier, the unique contoured XM Plate Kits are sold in pairs.

The XM Tactical weight vest weighs 3lbs.

The 40 lbs Vest requires 2 x 18.5 lb tactical weight plates (37 lbs Plate Set)

The 20lbs Vest requires 2 x 8.5lbs tactical weight plates (17 lb Plate Set)

The 14lbs Vest requires 2 x 5.5lbs tactical weight plates (11 lb Plate Set)

The 10lbs Vest requires 2 x 3.5lbs tactical weight plates (7 lb Plate Set)

Plates are not to be used as body armour.
