I ordered York Rubber Hex dumbbells sold as overstock. They arrived with numerous cosmetic defects: scuffed hex faces, uneven mold lines, and rubber flashing around the handles — I have photos. These were sold as new overstock, not as seconds or B-grade.

I wasn't asking to return them — I wanted to keep them and asked for a partial refund to reflect the condition. The final answer was no discount at all ("final-sale clearance"), with an offer to quote me an exchange toward more expensive urethane dumbbells instead.

Delivery itself was fine, but between the condition of the product and a customer service approach that ends at "no," I won't be buying from 306 Fitness again.
