The Crumb Rubber Bumper Plates have the perfect durometer rating to absorb bounce and shock, preventing damage to your Olympic lifting bar. Crumb Rubber Bumper Plates are built from a nearly indestructible marriage of recycled vulcanized rubber and a 2" stainless steel insert; giving you 10,000 - 30,000 drops and reducing stress on the lifting bars. Field tests have shown these Crumb Rubber Bumpers bounce less than other high-end rubber bumper plates on the market which means that they absorb more shock and make less noise.

Proper Use:

10lb and 15lb plates are not meant to be dropped on their own. These sizes can be dropped only when combine with heavier weights (25lb, 35lb, 45lb). If dropped on their own, plates may crack/break. Improper use will void the warranty.
