The First Step
- Adjust the Smith bar and pulley together in the middle of the Smith Rack
- Open the pin locks and screw nuts on the left and right sides
The Second Step
- Place the Smith bar vertically on the left side
The Third Step
- Open the pin lock and put down chin up station
The Fourth Step
- Close the left and right frames to complete the fold.
- Transform from a depth of 49” to 22”.
