The Spring Wall comes equipped with a full complement of springs, handles and a roll-down bar, so you can train the upper and lower body in any position, including standing, kneeling, sitting, side-lying, supine or prone.

Accompanied by the double-sided .7 in (17 mm) thick Eco-Lux Imprint Mat Pro, one of the thickest mats in the industry, to provide a comfortable and durable surface for every type of workout.
