Your typical 7 foot bar. If you’re used to it at the gym, you’ll like it.

Very sturdy bench. No wobbling side to side when you’re loading up with heavyweight.

It’s a nice machine. It almost covers every workout need I have. Wasn’t hard to put together myself just be careful not to over tighten the bolts on the pulley’s. They won’t role as freely and make the weight seam heavier.

Dumbbells arrived in just two days after shipping and are excellent replacements! Also saved a bunch of money ordering from 306!
